I had absolutely no morning sickness at all and my OB said he's about 100% sure it's a girl. You can see my ultrasounds at www.millermemo.com/ultrasounds.html (it's so much fun to look for boy and girl parts).
I've had two or three other friends who said they had absolutely no sickness, either, and they ended up having girls. I was surprised because I had read the old wives' tales and was sure that meant I was having a girl, but there's no scientific research on it--just for fun.
Those chinese predictors are fun, too, but some of them don't go by the lunar age and month like they're supposed to so you get all different answers on them. I'm giving you a link to one that automatically figured the lunar stuff for you:
