There are different theories/old wives' tales on the issue. For me, with my first baby I had very little morning sickness and I ended up having a girl. Last year, when I was pregnant I had a lot of morning sickness and felt nauseous all the time for the first 12-13 weeks and it was a boy! But its fun guessing!
