My sister has a lot of them, I mean all over her legs and they are pretty deep. So she did the laser surgery and they seemed to look really good and have faded away, until 3 months went by and they came back! After seeing another doctor, he told her that the laser surgery relieves stretch marks only temporarily and that there is nothing today capable of removing them. She has tried everything you can think of and nothing has worked. She lives in the UK and I can give you some more info if you want, but are you in the US?
