You should only have a small, light breakfast the morning of your test. My doctor told me to have a little milk and a few pieces of dry toast (yuck)

You have to go in and slowly sip this sweet drink that I thought tasted like a sugary sprite. Then you have to wait an hour (hopefully you have your monthly appointment set up for while you wait) Then then draw your blood (they are picky about it being exactly one hour too)

Good luck!
