It could have indicated you are ovulating. Sometimes that would happen to me. It could also indicate a cyst that might have burst. Usually if it goes away like it did, I wouldn't worry. If it happens again, or to ease your mind you might want to see or call your doctor. A friend of mine had that type of pain reoccurring over and over and it was acute appendictis. I am by all means not a doctor or anything- Just keep a close eye on it and if it occurs again, you might want to see a doctor. Good luck ttc. Don't give up- it will happen for you!
