TTC...Need Advice!

Hi All,
I'm new to this board and I'd appreciate any advice you can give me. I'm 34 and I was diagnosed with endometriosis at 14. I've been married for about 2 weeks now and my new husband and I are going to try and get pregnant right away. Any advice on how to get started (other than the obvious!)?
