Can anyone tell me what this implantation pain should feel like? I am due for my period any day now and am hoping to be pregnant. I have been having a lot of symtpoms, especially nausea, and today I started having this pinching cramp in my lower abdomen, more toward the left side but still kinda in the middle. Could this be implantation pain or am I just being paranoid? I never have this pain before AF but it is not a crampy feeling either. It is not a real sharp pain but just feels like a pinching sensation. What do you all think?
