: Short of seeing someone for this problem, there are a few stretching and yoga exercises that helped a little. Check out a good pregnancy yoga book. Most important to note - exercise makes it worse. Rest and gentle stretching are the best things. A heating pad set on a low setting also helps.

Thanks, I will. I did notice that any kind of activity I do with my kids or even clean the house sets it off.
