I was surprised to read how so many babies are on different schedules and I feel fortunate. I have had my 9 month old on a tight schedule since I introduced foods around four months old. My son gets 21 oz of formula a day because I want to wean him from the bottle and formula by 12 months. He wakes up at 6:00 and has a 7 oz bottle. Then he eats his breakfast at 8:00. He eats three TBS. of cereal, a jar of stage 2 fruit, and about 10 cherrios. I also provide him with his sippy cup with water and a splash of juice. He then takes a nap immediately after he eats. He eats lunch at 12:00. He gets a jar of veg., his sippy cup and some finger foods. He drinks his second bottle at 1:30. Then he takes another nap. Around 3:45 he gets a snack, his sippy cup and finger foods such as; crackers, cookies, fruit wedges, cheese, vegetables or veggie wheels. Then he eats dinner at 5:30. He gets stage 3 dinners and eats a jar along with 3 Tbs. of a different kind of cereal. I also give him some of whatever I am eating if I could (just a few bites) and of course his sippy cup. He only drinks about 4 oz of juice/water a day. Then he has his night bottle at 6:30. He goes to bed at 7:30 and sleeps until 6:00 the next day. I stayed consistent with his schedule and he runs like clock work now. I hope this helps.
