: : Hi, My husband used to work away from home(truck driver)and he was gone 8 days!! and I hated it and I 2 live in the country. I locked all the doors(double locked), never left a window open (no matter how hot) I would even sleep in the livingroom with the tv on.By the 6 or 7th night I was getting used to it and then he was back. He was then home for 4days, and just as I got used to him being back he was gone again and I had to get used to being alone again.LOL!! He now is home everynight but by next summer he will be working away from again!!! uuuggghhhh!! here we go again!! Do you have a dog that barks at people?? if not get a sign that reads 'beware of dog'.Even if it's friendly. My brother -in law told me that he helps deter intruders. But I am sure you are fine where you are. I 'm not trying to scare you!!LOL!!! from Melinda....

Thats good, We live in the woods a we dont live near anyone it take about 20 mins to get to the next person house. And yes we have a dog and she barkes at anything she is stupied but if someone is around she will grow, she scared the **** out of me the other morning. Well i'll get a sign that lights up or something that way ppl can see it in the drak....
