I think tiny red bumps on a baby's face is normal. They used to call them "milk bumps." My doc said that they would go away on their own. They only lasted a few days. However, if they start appearing on other parts of the body, I would contact the pediatrician. My son also had bumps on his chin and neck when he was teething from all the drool. My doc told me to change his bib frequently (sometimes 6-8 times a day!) and to rub a little vaseline on the areas after drying them thoroughly. It eventually went away on it's own.

I don't think you have to worry that this will be something that will definitely reappear in adolescence...that is a whole other situation!!! LOL!
