You did well for not lying for her.

Schools dont give out punishment for no reason, Like all of us we wouldnt punish our kids without a good reason, they are only teaching her for when she gets older and when she has a job that lying and not making deadlines uneceptable.

Schools try and make our children into respctable
teenagers & adults

You shouldnt feel guily if shes had to stay behind, she knew the risks and she lied, in future she will do her home work and not lie.
