You say your period was light and not heavy like before. Usually endometriosis causes heavy bleeding with some strands of tissue which look like long clots, so this doesn't sound like endometriosis. A pregnancy test is accurate when you are 2 weeks late even though some tests say that they are as accurate as the very first day of your missed period. Not for all women. With my first child I did not know I was pregnant until I was close to 4 months because I was having a period. With my second child, I took a test after 4 days of being late and came out negative, then I tested again after 2 weeks and came out positive. I would do a pregnancy test again around the 24th of this month. If it is negative, I wouldn't worry too much if your period is not heavy and lasting a long time. Maybe now after you had your babies, your hormones have balanced out a bit more.

Also, if you are not pregnant and still very tired, it could be because you are not sleeping well, eating well, and maybe even anemic. Have you had a hemoglobin check. It should be about 12.

Good luck and keep me posted.
