Hi Debbie,

I believe my daughter thinks it is a game also. She walks around and then climbs on the back seat and even starts waving at people. It's funny how every child is different. My 3-year-old has always been a little more mellow and I never had that problem with her but my 2-year-old is a little dare devil and is never still.

I will try and find that post and look into the website that Marie W. suggested but if they are expensive like you say, I may have to resort something else. I'll let you know if I find something that works.

Thank you very much for your help. By the way, I have been wondering what happened to Marie W. She used to post here every single day. She always responded to my posts. I hope she is okay.

Have a wonderful weekend!

: Hi,

: I cant believe it. It's the exact same thing my daughter does. She gets out and then starts walking/climbing around. She doesnt respond to anything, I truly believe she thinks it's a game, and since I cant get to her right away, she has the upper hand.

: I think it was Marie W. who posted a website that was great that had different restraint systems for kids that climbed out repeatedly. Unfortunately they were pretty expensive. I have no luck posting links, so if you're interested in the site you'd have to go back a few pages.

: I hope it works out for you!!! I duct taped the straps below the chest clip so she couldn't pull it down - no luck, and illegal. I was going to try and sew an additional buckle under the chest clip that is similar to a backpack buckle, where you have to squeeze the center (like the carseat chest clip as well) but it would not move as it is sewn and I contemplated putting a stitch in the carseat clip itself so it wouldn't move down - again, illegal (I'm on the East Coast).

: Let me know if you figure something out.

: Debbie
