: My daughter is 4 1/2 months old and she always gets up at 6:00 a.m. without waking up in the middle of the night if I put her to bed at 7:00 p.m. If I put her to bed later she does not sleep as good and wakes up earlier. How do I get her adjusted to the time change and resume her 6:00 wake up time?

My son is off his scheudule also. He usually naps at 10:00, which is now 9. The whole day is off by an hour. I found putting him down for his naps a little later helps, usually by 20 minutes each day. It takes a few days but he re-adjusts.
