: : My daughter is 4 1/2 months old and she always gets up at 6:00 a.m. without waking up in the middle of the night if I put her to bed at 7:00 p.m. If I put her to bed later she does not sleep as good and wakes up earlier. How do I get her adjusted to the time change and resume her 6:00 wake up time?

: It is a huge adjustment to these little ones. I am experiencing it also with my 11mos. old.

: I also have a 4yr. old so I'm used to this time change thing. It is an adjustment and it will take a good week at least to get the little ones back on track.

: Just try to keep her up a little longer if possible to get her more adjusted to the new time change.

: Good luck

I am not sure what to do when she wakes up in the morning at 5:00. Do let her cry a little, try to get her back to sleep or do I just get her and start the day. If I do that will 5:00 be the new wake up time?

Thank you,
