: My daughter is 4 1/2 months old and she always gets up at 6:00 a.m. without waking up in the middle of the night if I put her to bed at 7:00 p.m. If I put her to bed later she does not sleep as good and wakes up earlier. How do I get her adjusted to the time change and resume her 6:00 wake up time?

Put her to bed a hour eariler, so before the time changed you put her to bed at 7pm, change it to 6pm, and hopefully she wont even notice, other than that babies sleep patterns change all the time, my daughter whos 12 months has had loads, at 4 months she would be a bed by 10/11pm and be up at 8am, Then it changed onced she started crawling she would be tired by 8pm and wake up at 8am.

Good Luck
