: Hi everyone. I have an 18-month-old son and he never makes a sound when his diaper needs to be changed. If I don't check him or smell anything, I really think he would stay in a dirty diaper all day and never make a fuss. I also babysit my neighbor's 16-month-old son once or twice a week. He is the exact opposite. Once he goes, he will start fussing and whimpering. He doesn't have to go that much for him to start. My question is how often should I be changing my son's diaper? Obviously I am going to change the neighbor's boy because he isn't comfortable, but my son never has a problem with it. Do I need to continuously check my son's diaper or is it ok to let it go for a while, as long as he's not complaining? Thanks.

Min he poops change him. Cuse if you don't you will pay for it (diaper rash) you don't want him to get one of those its bad. my son he dont tell you or nothing he will sit right there, ill wait till he says something but hje never does, but my 21 months can use the potty thanx god but if she does go in her pantys and she will scream to high heaven.
