i know exactly how you feel. being a mom is hard, and i feel that it is totally normal to feel the way you do sometimes. for me i go thru cycles, like it sounds like you do. what i do to help me is i have a list taped to the celing in my bedroom reminding me of how lucky i am. i know that it sounds silly, but it makes me feel beter to be reminded of the fact that my child is alive and so is my husband. that we have food on the table, heck that we have a table at all. that we have a roof over our heads and 2 cars that run to drive. when you focus on the things that are going right it helps for me anyway. also when you feel like your tottering over the edge, do you know what i mean your not depressed yet but you can feel the harmone levels rising inside you, take a break, no matter what. if the kids are eating in the highchair at least turn around and take a mini vacation in your mind. breathe deaply and picture yourself on the beach or someplace where you are happy. also no matter what take care of your self, now i am really bad about this one. it seams like you have lost yourself witch is really easy to do when your a mom. you must do things for yourself once in a while or you will go crazy. go get a massage, if you can;t afford go walk aroung the mall do something without the kids. i am not a therapist, but i am a mom who has felt all the things that you are feeling. i do feel it's good you are on meds. i think they will in the long run help. if you ever want to talk please e-mail me, because i truly do understand. and by the way if you haven't allready noticed men do not understand. so e-mail me okay cdarkducati@hotmail.com
